Hello Guys & Girls,

i’ve been posting less and less in 2008 and i’m happy to say that the reason why is i’m finally published !
the book is titled “Premier bébé : l’année où tout a changé” (first baby : the year everything changed) and it’s written by Jacques-Olivier Pô. i’ve been working on it since summer 2008 on nights and week-end, that’s why i had so little time (and energy) to update this page. now the book is finished, published by Hachette Pratique, and will be available mid-may (but you can already preorder it on www.fnac.com).

j’ai très peu posté en 2008 et je suis fier de pouvoir enfin dire pourquoi : je vais être publié !
le livre s’intitule “premier bébé : l’année où tout a changé” et il a été écrit par Jacques-Olivier Pô.
je travaillais dessus depuis l’été 2008, soir et week-end, c’est pourquoi j’avais si peu de temps pour mettre à jour ce petit blog.
maintenant le livre est fini, publié chez Hachette Pratique et sera disponible mi-mai (mais vous pouvez déjà le précommander sur www.fnac.com)

hey y’all
i’m just uploading some scans that i will (re)work on this summer
i’ve been working on three different things lately
- a script for the first episode of my “creator-owned” comic books (as yet untitled)
- some new drawing to produce a serious (kind of) portfolio
- and a big project that will be published in spring 09, in which i “only” draw

so yeah

2008 has been a pretty busy year so far, and i left the blog on the side.
i’ll try to update more often, and i wil surely post more finished work (inked and/or colored) as soon as  i catch my breath

until that time, enjoy this little scriblles, some are old, some more recent, i agree they look a bit light and all, but they are first scratches that i ntend to work upon

Hey there.
It’s been a bit long so here are some roughs and sketches I did, some are recent, some… not so much.

I’ve been quite excited by the latest relaunch of DC’s Legion of Super-Heroes. I’ve been a great fan of that team since the 80ies (the steve lightle episodes are still some of my favorites of all time. I enjoyed the Chris Sprouse’s Legionnaire as well and I truly loved the Abnett/Lanning/Coipel era as well (no ass-kissing here, no sir !)
I still don’t know why DC had to reboot the whole serie, so far the reboot has kinda suck, to me at least. DC probably wanted to have something closer to the animated version. funny cause the reboot sucked and the cartoon kicks ass !
anywayz, here is my take on some characters, favorite ones, I’ll probably add more of them along the way.

On this rainy sunday in Paris, i thought i might post a little something
Ok, it ’s the same drawing actually, but with a little more work on it, shades, rendering and all.

And here are some of my favorite characters “du moment”: the New X-Men.
It ’s just a sketch for now, and i can’t wait to ink it and color it .
And i will try to put the members of the team who are still missing ( the Cuckoos, Rockslide, etc.)

I’ve been wanting to do some kind of drawing blog-thing for a while. A space where i could show some drawings, scribbles and stuff. And here it is at last.
